“Diomedes Kills Pandarus” is painting eleven out of twelve in the “Pandarus Broke the Truce – A Tale from the Iliad of Homer” series by Koen Satyawan based on a sketch by Frederick John Kluth. Diomedes kills Pandarus. Athena gifted Diomedes well. His shoulder was restored to usefulness. The chariot awaited his mounting. And off to battle he flew to justice. Pandarus challenged with a shout and spear and thought his spear hit the mark of his aim. But no Diomedes did cast and hit. Panderus went down to Hades for fame.
