The Future is Bright by Maria Uhase is one of the forty-three works of art currently on display at the FJKluth Art Gallery’s exhibition, Sketchbook Creative – Casual Creations.

As a painter and illustrator, Maria Uhase typically bring her sketchbooks or small projects in ink on paper to the art meetups. The pieces she included in the show began as ideas formed and sketched out during those evenings, then completed back in her studio. She always find inspiration during the Sketchbook Creative gatherings from everyone’s shared conversations about their individual art practices, the projects they are currently working on, discussions on varying topics, and their diverse interests.
