Paris is flown away from his duel with Menelaus by Aphrodite. To Menelaus was Helen given. From Mt. Ida came Paris beauty bought. Helen chose to leave with Paris to Troy. Menelaus followed then battle fought. For ten long years the armies struggled Until a truce was called to stop the fight. They would duel to resolve the struggle. Paris lost but was gone out of sight.
